    What enzyme are you referring to? I’m interested bc the main issue w/ other proteins is the absorbtion rate, or lack there of. For example, 25g of whey may only digest 5-10g, while the other passes due to absoption properties. Hemp does not have these inhibitors, correct?

    • Hemp seed does not have to be soaked to release the inhibitor enzyme that is found in some legumes, grains, soy is what we are referring to.
