RAW HEMP & PINE NUT APPLE CRISP


Whatcha gunno need for this delish hempy dish:  

4 to 6 apples cored & sliced very thin
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut sugar crystals
1/2 cup hemp seed nut
1/2 cup pine nuts chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon

Marinate apples, lemon and agave nectar over night. Of course you can always add other fruit such as pears, papaya, persimmon and even avocado with the apples to marinate. Drain extra marinade liquid and save for a smoothie or other recipe. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients on the apples. If you get up early enough you may dehydrate for a few hours at 145F just to serve warmed.
