30 gram organic hemp protein powder (47-60% protein )
1/4 cup coconut milk or coconut water
1/2 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
spring water (enough to cover fruit in blender)
